Located in the heart of Camden in Sydney’s South West we welcome you to Golden West Tattoo, Established 2024 by Dean Reardon and Bree Rennie.
The name is a tribute to Dean’s mentor, the late Greg Ardron. Greg was a pioneering tattoo artist who opened the original Golden West Tattoo in the late 1970s and helped shape the tattooing scene in Australia.
The artists who call Golden West home are deeply passionate about their craft and its history. Within these walls, you’ll find memorabilia and tributes to those who came before us. A reminder that the roots of tattooing should always be celebrated, even as the art continues to evolve in the modern world.
Dean began tattooing as a teenager under Greg’s guidance. He learned through hands-on experience, with a strong focus on respect, tradition, and innovation. From building tattoo machines by hand to tattooing with care and precision. Golden West Artists bring that same dedication to each person who sits in the chair today.
Golden West Tattoo isn’t just a nod to where we’ve come from — it’s a promise. A promise to uphold the highest standards for every client and every tattoo made inside these walls.
