SHIPPING & RETURNS

Quality takes time, and we're committed to getting your Golden West gear to you safely. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and our exchange policy. Thank you for shopping with Golden West Tattoo.
  • If your item is in stock on our online store, approved orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
     
    SHIPPING TIMES:
     

    • Australia: 3-5 business days (standard shipping)

    • International: 3-5 business days (standard shipping)

  • If you are purchasing a "Pre-Order" item, please refer to the dates and information in the product description for that specific item. Pre-order items have an estimated 4-week turnaround, plus additional time for production, packing, and postage.​

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL depending on destination and availability.

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. All sales are final unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • We can offer an exchange within 14 days of receipt, stock permitting. Please note that we may not hold additional sizes or styles in stock at the time of your exchange request.
     
    TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
     
    • Contact us at info@goldenwesttattoo.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order
    • Provide your order number and reason for exchange
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached​​
  • Alternatively, we can issue a merchandise store credit (minus original postage fees) which can be used for future purchases on our online store.
  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@goldenwesttattoo.com.au with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
